A note on sizing Generally, a good fit for a paddle is over a small range. Typically, a paddle can be from the top of your toes to your chin or from the floor to your nose. Measure from the floor to your mouth. then plus or minus 1-2 inches will work well for use. Some people prefer an exact measurement, this is a little tricky with a specific design, but we will try our best.
